Way back when, at the invention of the game, both dice and dominos were made from ivory and at times, animal bones. That was the inspiration that CAO brand ambassador Rick Rodriguez used for his newest creation with the Nicaraguan-based CAO blending team. Both the name, CAO Bones, and the various size names reflect terms commonly found in a game of dominos.
